What is a Website Review?
Our Website review takes into consideration your potential customers user experience and we will look at how to help you improve this and in turn help to improve your conversion rate. This is done by looking at your website, any performance data you can supply from website analytics platforms and researching market insights, as well as your competitors.
We take all of this, as well as what we know about you from the client brief and then build out a list of recommendations of things we think you should implement or test. The finished review will include where appropriate or possible –
- Market/Industry Insights
- Summary of Website Performance
- Review of Website Content and Layout
- Overview of your Sales Funnel and average User Experience
- Referral Traffic Performance
- Web Presence Review (local search, social pages, links to your site)
- Competitor Comparison
Review Refresh
Unfortunately a website is never finished and will need constant tweaks and changes to adapt to the market and your customers. Because of this we offer previous clients a Review Refresh at a time that suits you. A Review Refresh goes through all of the elements again, but takes into consideration the changes you have made or tested and determines how successful they were. Based on the results we then create another list of recommendations. These check ins are available to any client who had a website review within the last 14 months.
